
*Eligible Family Member means any person a Member can demonstrate is related to that Member in any of the ways described as follows: husband/wife/domestic partner/de facto, parent/child, brother/sister, grandparent/grandchild, son/daughter-in-law, brother/sister-in-law, father/mother-in-law, uncle/aunt, nephew/niece, first cousin, or any foster, step or adopted relationship in any of these categories. Important Information: If you wish to change your date of birth, you will need to contact the Membership Contact Centre.

View Points Transfer Terms and Conditions Step 2: Select the 'My Details' tab on the left hand side. Transfer for free online (fees apply when transferring via the Membership Contact Centre). Points can be only transferred to Eligible Family Members only. Each transfer must be for a minimum of 5,000 Points and a maximum of 125,000 Points. For example: If you joined the program in April, you can make four transfers between April and March of the following year. A maximum of four transfers per Membership Year is allowed. Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with a transfer.
